EMPOWERED is the young professional group of the American Red Cross Tampa Bay Chapter. Led by young professionals in there 20′s and 30′s, we are dedicated to supporting and enhancing the American Red Cross mission -to provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies- through social networking, voluntary service and fundraising events.
EMPOWERED is designed to offer different levels of involvement depending on your interests and availability. From serving on a planning committee or the Leadership Council, to simply attending events, we hope there will be something that meets the needs of everyone. Our events are open to the public and all Tampa Bay Area young professionals are always welcome and encouraged to attend. If you’re looking for more service opportunities, EMPOWERED will help you get in touch with volunteer opportunities within the American Red Cross.
